1. Purchase your selected design - Each of our building designs contains a floor plan, elevations and a draft engineering plan. You can also get a step-by-step DIY construction guide and a materials list/cut list for any design if you select that option.

2. Use the floor plan and elevations to gain building approval (if that is needed on your site) and give the draft engineering plan to a local engineer to finalize.

3. If you have any issues, or for what ever reason the plans don't work for you, we'll give you your money back.

Note: Our products are digital only and we do not provide any physical products or services like building materials, pre made kits or handling the construction process for you. You would need to either hire a builder or manage the construction yourself.
